www.longfuture.org. Please check out the excellent work the foundation is doing to educate business leaders as well as the public about climate change mitigation. The music in this track is based on compositions I have written and produced with Anthony Smith over the years.
We live in a time where we all need to become engaged, educated and informed about what we can do to help save our planet for our children and future generations. Not to mention the critters, because we don’t want to live on a lonely planet!!
We need to make changes in our own lives but we need to do it collectively to make a difference. As well as making smart and informed choices in our own lives, we need to join the important movements that are working to save our planet! We can do this! We want our children to live in a Long Future.
Solar panels on one house and one electric car in your garage might not make enough of a difference but if everyone who can buys them and bring the costs down by supporting the suppliers then we can help new technology thrive. If we all switch to green power options then the power companies can’t keep selling us coal based power. Petition your governments. Get involved. Get educated. This is as important as learning how to cook, how to budget. We all need to learn how to save our planet.
Here is my first effort at a song about this important issue. I hope you find it inspiring as much as you may find the start sad.
